The customer wanted us to create an awareness program on innovation at the workplace. We took the existing deck, enhanced it completely and added new content that will help learners understand what it takes to successfully innovate in the company. The ILT deck was accompanied by a Facilitator Guide for the facilitator and a simple Participant Guide to support the participants.

The customer wanted us to create an engaging Instructor Led training material for new joiners on their training path and learning goals. We created an engaging ILT deck with photographs and minimal text. The ILT material also comprised a detailed Facilitator guide, some handouts and a Participant guide.
