Being the leading fashion e-commerce company faced with intense competition in the market for the market share and retention of employees, Myntra always had strong focus on employee engagement and development to serve customers and partners well.
At Myntra, the ask was to ensure that all learning resources are available to learners in one place, to make personalized recommendations to learners and to be able to cater to all types of learning styles of end learners. Myntra wanted to elevate the learning experience and to ensure ease of access to learning resources for the tech savvy end learners.
Myntra also desired a LMS that provided maximum flexibility with UI, features and accessibility. Being a very young organization that prides in being fashionable in every respect, Myntra wanted to ensure that the LMS also reflected the organization’s vibrant colours and flamboyance.
We understood the requirements in detail with Myntra’s L&D and HR teams. We understood issues / challenges from an end user stand point. Based on the analysis done of the options available, user requirements and the problem statements specified, we proposed delivering and installing a highly customized Moodle LMS which could deliver better UI, UX, easy access of eLearning courses from any device, easy management of classroom courses and which could generate very detailed analytical reports. All this at a fixed cost and no licensing fee involved, which would eventually help Myntra to save costs in the long term.
The proposed customization was very detailed. The application was divided into modules to reduce the hardships faced by the users/employees and to experience better learning and ease of access.
